📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with architects and contractors to develop detailed interior design plans for our F&B spaces.
• Create 3D visualizations and renderings using industry-standard software to showcase design concepts.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and meet functional requirements for each space.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any design or construction issues.
• Work with suppliers to source and select materials that enhance the dining experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions into our projects.
• Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders, including F&B managers and investors.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on Food & Beverage spaces.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong understanding of F&B industry trends and design best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address design challenges.
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations.
