📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging English lessons for students aged 3–15, using our proprietary teaching tools such as Teach Your Monster to Read, Reading Eggs, and Raz-Kids.
• Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning and encourages student participation.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leaders to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.
• Participate in school events and activities to strengthen the school community and enhance student engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
• Promote a safe and respectful learning environment, adhering to all school policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in early childhood or elementary education.
• Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or a similar qualification.
