📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for HR software solutions in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the HR tech industry.
- Prepare and present proposals, demos, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients post-sale.
- Use Salesforce and other CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech or HR software industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of HR software solutions and their benefits.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
