📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze financial data using SAP and Excel to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs to track performance and identify trends.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial information is integrated into business decisions.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures, including internal controls and risk management.
• Support the finance team in financial planning and analysis, including scenario modeling and variance analysis.
• Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and managers on financial matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
• Certification in financial controlling or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
