📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, chiller, and refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Monitor system performance and energy consumption to identify areas for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns.
• Provide technical support and training to facility staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility engineering, HVAC, or refrigeration systems.
• Certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field (e.g., Refrigeration Service Engineer, HVAC Technician).
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and facility management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
