📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct comprehensive appraisals of government-owned properties, including land, buildings, and other assets.
Collaborate with various government departments to ensure accurate and timely valuation reports.
Support decision-making processes by providing reliable valuation data for asset management and development projects.
Participate in government tenders and auctions by providing expert valuation insights.
Maintain and update property records and databases using government-approved software.
Provide professional advice and recommendations on property valuation matters.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property conditions and market trends.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for government stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Property Valuation, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property valuation, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
Certification as a Government Appraiser or equivalent professional qualification.
Proficiency in using government-approved property valuation software, such as SISPRO or similar systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations.
