📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
Manage the company's tax obligations, including annual tax filings, VAT, and other tax-related matters.
Lead a team of finance and accounting professionals, providing guidance and support.
Implement and monitor financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and risk management practices.
Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting and tax laws, and provide training to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on tax and financial reporting.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
Strong knowledge of accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a team and drive financial performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with the mining, palm oil, or construction industry is a plus.
