📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage the company's tax obligations, including annual tax filings, VAT, and other tax-related matters.
• Lead a team of finance and accounting professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and monitor financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and risk management practices.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting and tax laws, and provide training to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on tax and financial reporting.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
