• Develop and execute logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Monitor and analyze operations data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in optimizing business processes.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related operations management certification is a plus.
