📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new engineering systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Assist in the preparation of work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Provide support during major projects and renovations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or maintenance industry.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is a plus.
