📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee complex debt recovery cases from initiation to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies
• Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, summons, and court filings
• Negotiate settlements and agreements with debtors and third parties
• Represent Bussan Auto Finance in court proceedings and legal hearings
• Monitor legal developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams on debt recovery matters
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of legal strategies into overall debt recovery plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on corporate law or litigation
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and legal procedures
• Proficiency in using legal research databases and software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
