Our coffee is brewed with care, using premium beans and state-of-the-art equipment like our Espresso Machine and Coffee Grinder. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, preparing a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and snacks, while also handling cash and card payments with our Point of Sale (POS) system.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and snacks using our Espresso Machine, Coffee Grinder, and other brewing equipment.
• Manage cash and card transactions efficiently using our POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders when necessary.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling of coffee equipment and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Experience in cashier duties, including handling transactions and providing change.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
