In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with the finance team to provide financial reports and analysis to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions.,Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.,Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
