📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
  • Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure that products and services meet our standards.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior QA staff.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our quality management system.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in quality assurance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 22000 or HACCP.
