📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and recover overdue loans through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.,Analyze collections data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement collections strategies to maximize recovery rates.,Coordinate with legal and credit teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide excellent customer service to borrowers, addressing their concerns and finding mutually beneficial solutions.,Monitor collections performance and report on key metrics to senior management.,Train and mentor junior collections officers to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collections management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
