JUNCTION Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Tuban, Jawa Timur. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to optimize costs.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to manage staff and drive team performance.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and cuisine is a plus.
