📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, both internally and externally.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Provide feedback to candidates and support them throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
