📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
