📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting cost analysis and preparing cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitoring project costs and preparing regular progress reports.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve cost-related issues.,Preparing and submitting invoices and payment requests.,Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions related to the projects.,Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and bids.,Providing cost advice and support to project teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction costing and estimating techniques.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools such as MS Office, Primavera, or similar project management software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in English both written and spoken.
