Dama Minuman Rempah is a rapidly growing company in the herbal drinks industry, and we are expanding our presence in Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Our mission is to provide high-quality, natural herbal drinks that promote health and well-being. We are looking for an Outlet Crew who is not only passionate about our products but also has excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front-end operations of our outlet. You will interact with customers, process orders, and ensure that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our outlet, as well as ensuring that our staff are well-trained and motivated.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the front-end operations of the outlet, including customer interaction, order processing, and product display.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers.
• Ensure that all staff are well-trained and motivated, and that they are following our company policies and procedures.
• Monitor sales and inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to the manager.
• Promote our products and brand to customers, and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, as needed.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed, and that the outlet is compliant with local laws and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.
