As a Lead Lab Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage laboratory operations, including quality control and assurance.,Perform and interpret various laboratory tests and analyses.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely test results.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.,Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, techniques, and equipment.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.,Valid certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
