📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure their engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
• Create and manage KOL content calendars and briefs.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the marketing team.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with other professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related role.
• Proficient in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for influencer marketing.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
