📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular inspections of work equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain and update safety documentation and records.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety measures and initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance workplace safety and sustainability.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management.
- Certification in HSE management, such as ISO 45001 or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proficient in using safety management software, such as SAP or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
