📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information, purchases, and returns.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Stock merchandise and ensure proper inventory management.,Promote products and services to enhance customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and field).
