Based in Cikande, Banten, you'll work closely with our team to manage the entire export-import process, from documentation and compliance to logistics and financial management. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a company that values innovation and excellence, with a competitive salary of Rp 5,000,000 - Rp 7,500,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the entire export-import process, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customs brokers, freight forwarders, and financial institutions.
• Prepare and process export-import documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Monitor and manage financial aspects of export-import transactions, including payment terms and currency exchange.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including import/export controls and trade sanctions.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on export-import procedures and compliance.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure that all export-import activities are legally sound and compliant.
• Analyze and report on export-import performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import coordination, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export controls.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
