📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including all crew members and cargo.,Plan and execute voyages according to company policies, regulations, and customer requirements.,Maintain and inspect all vessel equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption, crew performance, and other operational metrics.,Handle all communications with port authorities, shipping companies, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.,Manage and mentor crew members to ensure high performance and morale.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Familiarity with maritime safety and security procedures.,Experience with cargo handling and stowage planning.
