📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and mechanical systems to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledge of building systems, mechanical equipment, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Valid certification in building maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
