📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in handling cash transactions, including sales and refunds.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.,Work collaboratively with the cashier team to achieve daily sales targets.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.,Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of basic accounting and financial transactions.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.,Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
