Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a high-performance culture.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.

  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with a strategic focus.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
