In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing tax strategies that support FedEx's global operations. Develop and implement tax strategies that align with FedEx's global tax objectives.,Manage and advise on complex tax matters related to international operations.,Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international tax laws and regulations.,Provide tax guidance and support to business units and stakeholders.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify opportunities for tax efficiency.,Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure effective tax planning and compliance.,Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide proactive advice.,Prepare and present tax reports and analyses to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax consulting or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.,Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations, particularly in APAC markets.,Proficiency in tax software and tools used in tax planning and compliance.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with FedEx's business operations and global structure is a plus.
