📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Facilitate employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate HR administration tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR generalist or administrative roles.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
