📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze mineral samples using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment such as XRF, XRD, and ICP-MS.
• Conduct chemical and physical tests to determine the composition and quality of mineral samples.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results and laboratory procedures.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure precision and reliability.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new testing protocols and quality control measures.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the laboratory manager in managing inventory and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high performance and adherence to laboratory standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the mining industry.
• Certification in relevant laboratory techniques and equipment, such as XRF, XRD, or ICP-MS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using laboratory software such as LabVIEW and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and industry standards.
