📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field visits to verify customer information and assess their financial status.
• Collect overdue payments from customers who are unable to repay their loans on time.
• Facilate loan repayments and provide financial education to help customers manage their loans effectively.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with the collections team to ensure timely and effective recovery of overdue payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain positive relationships with our customers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field collections or a related role in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
