📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product and service information.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals to potential customers.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to sales.,Assist in training new employees on sales processes and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic sales techniques and processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work in a team environment and follow company policies and procedures.
