📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record daily financial transactions accurately using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable and receivable.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and other financial statements.
• Support the financial operations team in auditing and reconciling accounts.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
• Participate in continuous learning and development to enhance your accounting skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a retail environment.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the accounting team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
